BSF Physical Test Details

BSF Physical Efficiency Test
BSF Physical Efficiency Test will contain three events that are given below.
- Running- 1.6 km in 8 minutes
- High Jump- 3 Feet 6Inches (3 attempts)
- Long Jump- 11 Feet (3 attempts)
In the Physical Test, the candidates have to complete a race of 1 mile in 8 minutes. The aspirants also have to complete the High Jump of 3.6 feet and Long Jump of 11 feet in three attempts.
